Project description: The sprawling complex just east of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce is designed with a pool and hot tub, outdoor grill and fire pit, parking garage, fitness center, tanning beds and study rooms. With 166 units, the complex will house 564 beds with two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts priced between $584 and $704 per bedroom per month. Aspen Heights Sales and Marketing Vice President Zach Borger said the project is targeting college students with the potential to move in before the 2016-17 school year. Company officials have said development costs could run up to $38 million.
